SALLY DUNN
Sally Dunn, Broker/Owner of Foothill Home Mortgage, has been in the mortgage lending business in Tuolumne County since 1983. Sally holds the prestigious designation of G.M.L. (Graduate of Mortgage Lending). This is issued by the national Association of Professional Mortgage Women (N.A.P.M.W.) and is held by less than 500 women in the United States. It is earned through course work, testing and experience requirements. Sally is very involved locally, and is Past President of several organizations including Mortgage Lender’s Association of Tuolumne County; Tuolumne County Women’s Network; and Sonora Sunrise Rotary. She has held a Real Estate license through the California Department of Real Estate since 1984. Sally’s success has been built on honesty, hard work and superior service. JIM SCHULTZ
Jim Schultz, Loan Officer with Foothill Home Mortgage, has been helping people in Tuolumne County realize the dream of home ownership since 1992. Jim works hard for his clients to get them the best possible terms available whether refinancing or purchasing their home. His B.A. in Business from Cal State Chico and years of experience help his borrowers to understand the real estate lending process. Jim has lived in Tuolumne County over 50 years is involved locally with his three sons. Jim is currently serving as VP for Sonora Gold Founders BNI. His other positions include Past President of Mortgage Lender’s Association of Tuolumne County; Treasurer of Woods Creek Little League; and Trustee for Twain Harte Community Church. Jim believes in being honest and telling his clients up front the way it is and then working hard to close their real estate transaction.
GAIL REA
Gail Rea is the Office Manager for Foothill Home Mortgage. Gail has worked with Sally Dunn in Tuolumne County for more than 18 years. She has worked in the mortgage industry since 1974. Gail’s extensive experience in all aspects of mortgage lending includes her approval as an FHA Direct Endorsement Underwriter; VA Automatic Underwriter; as well as a Conventional Underwriter. She has held a salesperson license through the California Department of Real Estate since 1990. Her knowledge of the ins and outs of the home loan business far exceeds anyone in our area and is a tremendous benefit when doing business with Foothill Home Mortgage. Gail and her husband Steve, a teacher, have lived in Twain Harte since 1990.
DUANE PORTER
Duane Porter, Reverse Mortgage Specialist at Foothill Home Mortgage, has been in the mortgage business for 35 years. He has managed mortgage banking offices and also owned Mid-Sierra Mortgage in Sonora for thirteen years. Specializing in Reverse Mortgages is solely what Duane has been doing for the past five years. He loves helping our seniors with their retirement real estate issues. He also works with borrowers who need regular refinance loans.
