| Sally Dunn |
| Sally, Broker / Owner of Foothill Home Mortgage, has over 21
years of lending experience in Tuolumne County. She has lived in Tuolumne County
over 30 years and is very involved locally. She is a member of the Mortgage Lenders
Association of Tuolumne County (Past President), Tuolumne County Women's Network
(Past President) and is currently President-Elect of Sonora Sunrise Rotary. Sally
holds the prestigious designation of G.M.L. (Graduate of Mortgage Lending). This is
issued by the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women (N.A.P.M.W.) and is
held by only approximately 100 women in the United States. It was earned through a combination of course
work, testing and experience requirements. She has held a Real Estate License since 1984.
Sally's success has been built on honesty, hard work and superior service, and she looks forward

| Michelle is a top producing Loan Officer with Foothill
Home Mortgage and has over 12 years of residential lending experience in
Tuolumne County. Michelle is very diligent and works hard to find the best
loan for each situation. Michelle, her husband and three children live in
Jamestown and are very involved with school, extracurricular and church
activities. She currently serves on the Board for the Mortgage Lenders
Association of Tuolumne County as Secretary. Michelle enjoys her career and
looks forward to many more years of helping our community finance their
homes.

| Jim Schultz |
| Jim, a Loan Officer with Foothill Home Mortgage, brings over 14
years of lending experience to help with your next mortgage transaction. Jim
works hard for his clients to get them the best possible terms available with
either their purchase of refinance. His B.A. degree in business from Cal State
Chico and years of experience has assisted him in understanding the real estate
process. Jim has lived in Tuolumne County for over 44 years and is involved
locally and has three sons. He is a member of the Mortgage Lenders Association
of Tuolumne County (Past President), Woods Creek Little League (Treasurer)and
is a Trustee for Twain Harte Community Church. Jim believes in honest answers,
hard work and looking at all options to successfully complete your real estate
transaction.

| Gail Rea |
| Gail is the Office Manager at Foothill Home Mortgage and
has over 30 years Mortgage Lending experience. This experience includes every
aspect of mortgage lending in the areas of conventional, FHA and VA loan
processing, underwriting and funding. Gail's expertise in assisting the loan
officers with the processing and closing of our transactions is a crucial part
of a smooth loan process. Gail is a member of the Mortgage Lenders Association
of Tuolumne County and holds the prestigious designation of FHA Direct
Endorsement Underwriter. She has been a licensed Real Estate Salesperson with
the California Department of Real Estate since 1995 and has worked with Sally
Dunn since 1991.

| Lisa Garnin |
| Lisa is the newest Loan Officer at Foothill Home Mortgage. She graduated
from CSU Chico in 2005 where she studied Social Science. Lisa has been a member of our staff for the
past two years as loan processor. She has recently obtained her California Department of Real
Estate Salesperson's license and also completed intensive training from the Heishman Group Loan
Officer School. Lisa is a member of the Mortgage Lender's Association of Tuolumne County.
Foothill Home Mortgage provides many years of experience and a strong foundation for Lisa to be
successful as a Loan Officer. She is enthusiastic about assisting her clients with their mortgage
needs for many years to come.
